Responsibilities:

As a Controller, you will be responsible to manage accounting records and produce timely financial reports, prepare corporate annual tax returns and financial statements. The Controller is also responsible for revenue recognition, ensuring timely customer invoicing and collections, and payroll.

  • Prepare monthly /quarterly financial reporting packages (reporting packages include consolidated: P&L, Balance sheets, cash flows, Budgets, burn-rates, operational cash flow, budget vs actual analysis).

  • Oversight of the revenue cycle including revenue recognition, invoicing, collections, revenue metrics.

  • Preparation of corporate annual tax returns and financial statements.

  • Budget tracking, and maintaining an analysis vs. actual.

  • Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

  • Coordinate with external auditors, bookkeepers, banks and other third-party vendors.

  • Involved in implementing globally Priority or other bookkeeping system and take part in additional implementation of automated processes.

  • IIA (OCS) reports.

  • Support short- and long-term operational planning, addressing both benefits and challenges.

  • Work with excellent people in a dynamic environment.

  • Help drive the AI revolution in cancer diagnostics.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience from one of the “Big Four” accounting firms

  • 2+ years of proven experience from Start-up company - A must!

  • Experience in High-tech sector in a SaaS company - A must!

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong understanding of Israeli laws and regulations- A plus

  • B.A in accounting (C.P.A)

  • Great interpersonal skills with multitasking ability

  • Ability to effectively organize and execute tasks and projects

  • Strong time-management, organization, and execution skills
