Job description

About Ibex

Ibex Medical Analytics pioneers AI-based cancer diagnostics in pathology. Our team of data scientists, software engineers and medical experts use deep learning technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) to develop clinical-grade algorithms and digital workflows that detect cancer as accurately as a human pathologist.

Our algorithms demonstrated outstanding outcomes in blinded clinical studies. In a recent article, The Lancet Digital Health reported results from a study conducted at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), including the highest accuracy levels ever reported in the field of AI in pathology.

Our current Galen™ Platform for Prostate, Breast and Gastric solutions are deployed in pathology labs worldwide and used in routine clinical practice as a Second Read application, with demonstrated success in detecting missed cancer cases. Ibex is currently experiencing significant growth in the field of Digital and Computational pathology in the US and have received FDA Breakthrough Device Designation in 2021.

Our First Read application is aimed at considerably reducing turnaround times for pathologists. The application will help pathologists triage cancer cases, focus on areas of interest and streamline reporting as well as offering additional capabilities aimed at improving lab efficiencies.

In this opportunity you will lead commercial activity in the Central Region of the US/Canada/Mexico and grow a highly capable and successful sales organization that will transform pathology and cancer diagnostics. Leveraging your network you will amplify Ibex as a leader in the field of Clinical grade AI and support pathology labs transition to a new way of working that delivers improved quality and efficiency to leading institutes and healthcare networks.
