Ibex Medical Analytics is looking for an IT support engineer to help build a robust service that enables trusted cancer diagnostics for all.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve the technology used by the company.
Manage endpoints, servers, and services.
Participate in equipment purchase.
Collect evidence (logs and metrics) to comply with the standards Ibex adheres to.
Test and examine staff complaints and support teams to remediate.
Ensure that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
Job requirements
Previous experience as an IT support engineer for at least 1 year- a must!
Previous experience as an Administrator of Office 365 & Azure AD - a must!
At least 1 year remaining before graduation- a must!
Experience with supporting non technical personnel
Experience with Windows and Linux administration
Experience with managing network devices (as Cisco and FortiGate)
Experience with troubleshooting network issues
Experience with troubleshooting OS malfunctions
Fluent in English – verbally & written – a must!
Availability to work over 60% position on-site only in Tel Aviv office
Temporary position with possibility of extension
