Ibex Medical Analytics is looking for an IT support Lead to help build a robust service that

enables trusted cancer diagnostics for all.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the technology used by the company

  • Manage endpoints, servers, and services

  • Participate in equipment purchase

  • Collect evidence (logs and metrics) to comply to the standards Ibex adheres to

  • Test and examine staff complaints and support teams to remediate

  • Ensure that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats

Job requirements

  • Previous experience as an IT support engineer for at least 3 years - a must!

  • Previous experience as an Administrator of Office 365 & Azure AD and Google Workspace - a must!

  • Experience with supporting non technical personnel

  • Experience with Windows, Linux and MacOS administration

  • Experience with server virtualization (VMWare of Open Source)

  • Experience with managing network devices (as Cisco and FortiGate)

  • Experience with troubleshooting network issues

  • Experience with troubleshooting OS malfunctions

  • Fluent in English – verbally & written – a must!
