Job description
In this role as a Junior Solutions Architect, you will support our pre-sales, implementation, and customer success teams. You will play a vital role in helping customers understand how our SaaS platform meets their operational needs and fits in their workflow, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient and successful execution of projects and drive customer satisfaction. Therefore, per this role, you should have exceptional communication skills, be analytical, highly motivated and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial customer-facing healthcare environment.
As Junior Solutions Architect at Ibex, you will:
• Assist in gathering and analyzing client requirements related to digital lab and histology workflows
• Translate customer needs into technical and functional specifications for implementation teams
• Support solution design sessions with senior architects and stakeholders
• Configure and customize platform demos tailored to prospective client workflows
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to ensure alignment of features and customer expectations
• Assist in onboarding and training new clients, providing documentation and workflow support
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend solutions to improve client adoption and satisfaction
• Stay current with trends in histology practices and SaaS platforms
• Perform technical tasks and system management of the cloud-based solution as needed
• Provide pre-sales support to the commercial team
• Provide post-live customer usage & management support
• Drive and advise on optimal workflow designs

Job requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience with Digital Pathology workflow and related integration aspects
• 1–3 years of experience in a clinical lab, pathology lab, or delivering products to a histology environment
• Familiarity with SaaS applications and/or EMR systems
• Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze workflows and recommend improvements
• Experience with AWS or other cloud services
• Previous experience in pre-sales or solution consulting roles
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR)
• Experience with Linux (RHEL, CentOS, or Ubuntu) and Windows operating systems
• Basic knowledge of scripting or SQL a plus
• L1/L2 Customer Support a plus
• Technical execution and analytical skills
• Experience in project management
• A driven team player, with a ‘hands-on’ approach
• Excellent English communication skills – In writing and verbal

• Hybrid schedule, must work from office in Brookline a minumum of two days a week
