About the job:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will own the roadmap and delivery of key products at the intersection of machine learning, clinical workflows, and enterprise software. You will collaborate closely with R&D, data science, commercial teams, and partners to define and launch solutions that make a real-world clinical impact.

You should thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments and be passionate about building products that integrate cutting-edge AI with practical medical workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals

  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, adoption, and optimization

  • Collaborate with data science, engineering, and UX to deliver impactful features

  • Work with clinical, marketing and commercial teams to ensure product-market-fit and support sales

  • Lead customer discovery and validate user needs and market opportunities

  • Lead partner integrations and manage strategic alliances

  • Maintain compliance with medical device quality standards and regulations

  • Engage with global stakeholders - travel may be required

Job requirements

  • 5+ years as a product manager in B2B SaaS - a must!

  • Experience in healthcare AI, digital pathology, or clinical software - a plus

  • Technical or hands-on software development background - a plus

  • BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences or a related field

  • Proven experience managing the full software product lifecycle

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong execution and project management skills

  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on product quality and usability
