Responsibilities:

In this role Project Implementation Manager, you will be the focal point for our customers throughout their implementation process of Ibex products, supporting the transition from the sales cycle, through implementation and onto customer success. As such, you are working closely with stakeholders to plan project scope to manage deliverables effectively. A successful person in this role will have strong communication skills, be analytical, is highly motivated and comfortable working in a customer-facing Healthcare IT industry.


As Project Implementation Manager at Ibex, you will:

  • Manage multiple customer implementations
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including R&D, product development, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions
  • Define project activities such as planning, scoping, issue/risk management and project reporting
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Perform technical tasks and system management of the Cloud based solution
  • Build strong relationships and trust with customer stakeholders

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience as Project Implementation Manager in the Healthcare IT industry
  • Experience with managing customer project implementations
  • Knowledge of Cloud based solutions and their infrastructures
  • Strong collaboration skills, with an ‘hands on’ approach
  • Proactive individual with effective communication skills
  • Excellent English communication skills – In writing and verbal
  • Fluency in additional language/s – preferred
  • Experience with Digital Pathology workflow and integrations – preferred
  • Travel estimated at ~25%
