Ibex Medical Analytics pioneers AI-based cancer diagnostics in pathology!
We set out to transform pathology by ensuring that every patient can receive an accurate, timely and
personalized cancer diagnosis.
Our team of data scientists, software Engineers and medical experts use deep learning technologies
and artificial intelligence (AI) to develop clinical - grade algorithms and digital workflows that detect
cancer as accurately as a human pathologist. Our algorithms demonstrated outstanding outcomes in
blinded clinical studies. In a recent article, The Lancet Digital Health reported results from a study
conducted at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), including the highest accuracy
levels ever reported in the field of AI in pathology.
Our Prostate, Breast and Gastric solutions are deployed in pathology labs worldwide and used in
routine clinical practice, with demonstrated success in live clinical practice. Ibex is among the winners
of the NHSX and NIHR AI in Health and Care Award that will enable multiple NHS hospitals to deploy
the Ibex AI solution.

considerably reducing turnaround times for pathologists, our applications will help pathologists triage
cancer cases, focus on areas of interest and streamline reporting as well as offering additional
capabilities aimed at improving lab efficiencies.
In this opportunity, Ibex is seeking a passionate Sales Operations Manager/Director that will assist
and support Ibex’s teams to sell our platform to hospital systems and laboratories.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate maximizing efficiency in an organization’s
sales process in a fast-paced start-up environment, execute well, and be highly collaborative,
organized and energetic. Within a complex sales cycle, you must be able to provide all necessary
research, analyze sales data and collaborate with other departments and upper management to
identify and meet organizational goals. We are looking for talented people who are passionate

Responsibilities:


● Oversee and manage the sales process from lead generation to customer acquisition
● Support cross-functional initiatives and provide dashboard reporting and insight to key
stakeholders
● Responsible for our Salesforce instance, ensuring it is used effectively for tracking sales
activities, managing deals, etc.
● Setting up automation tools and processes to help manage the CRM, ensuring data integrity
and consistency, managing custom fields
● Partner with the finance team to manage sales budgets, forecasts, bookings, and
commissions
● Lead the weekly sales forecast and pipeline calls
● Help to design territory plans, quotas, etc.
● Continuous refinement of sales process and field enablement program


Job requirements

Job requirements:


● 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS with >$150K ACV deals
● Expertise in sales analytics by leads, sales stage and sales methodology with proven
experience with identifying areas to define, course correct and improve processes for scale
● Knows how to build the right dashboards in SFDC or Hubspot; Proficient with excel and
knows how to extract insights from data

● Comfortable challenging sales reps and having constructive debates
● Self driven, detail-oriented, ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous responsibilities
● Effective interpersonal skills; excels at relationship building, collaboration
● Experience in medical devices or healthcare software – not required, but a plus
● Hybrid role, 2-3 times in the office. Location: Brookline, MA
